The Grapes of Wrath By: Matt Nixon The Grapes of Wrath was written by John Steinbeck in 1939. It was a historical fiction that took orchestrate during the Dust paradiddle and chronicled one familys courageous journey in search of a better livelihood. Tom Joad Jr, was the first son who was retributive released from prison on probation for homicide when the Joads embarked on in that respect journey.
